Shannon Frank and Steve Ball

Shannon writes: I am a yoga instructor and co-owner of 5 Points Yoga here in Athens. I teach classes, teach workshops and work on-on-one and in small groups doing yoga therapy. I am passionate about my own spiritual, emotional and physical growth. I also like to cook, create a beautiful home for me, my family and our friends. Spend time with my loved ones (including animals), travel, hiking, playing in the river with Steve and Dori. I love movies and reading, quiet days and a good fire. We have 2 children, Dori (see picture) our year old lab, and Mazzy, our cat.

I so look forward to meeting our new community. Dori has already found her soul mate in Joey, Dan and Kate’s dog.

Steve writes:I am a remodeling contractor in Athens and have been for the past 20 years. I recently completed yoga teacher training and teach at 5 Points yoga and Athens YMCA. I am passionate about all things outdoor and water related. I frequently enjoy hiking and canoe camping. I also enjoy scuba diving and eastern philosophical studies.

Moving to Kinney Ridge is a dream come true for me. I grew up living in Timothy Estates which borders the Middle Oconee River. I spent a great deal of time hiking, rafting and exploring the river. Having a home near the river of my childhood is something I have always hoped for.
